RETURN POLICY 

Disclaimer

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We","Us" and THE POP SHOP AFRICA, refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. "Website" and "Online Store" can be used interchangeably throughout this document and hold the same meaning within the scope of this document. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing South African Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. Returns

Option 1 - No Refunds/Exchanges 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item(s) that you purchased is defective (defect of the physical Pop not packaging) .If you receive a defective item, please contact us at popshopafrica@gmail.com  with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

The above excludes damage caused to packaging by local courier companies when shipping ! If the actual POP product has a defect then we will look at the replacment/refund. 

A discount coupon will be issued for future purchases if packaging is damaged !

2. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged (physical POP not packaging) . In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at  thepopshopafrica@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

3. Exceptions 

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

If products are received damaged by us from our international supplier we will inform you ! If it is damaged & the original supplier will not exchange for undamaged items ,we will offer you a refund of the amount you have paid to date  for the product (If deposit we will refund deposit , if fully paid will refund in full) 

4. Shipping

To return the item you purchased, please mail it to:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product(s) during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
